3. Refine Your Offer
If people are not buying, it’s not always pricing—it’s positioning.
- Is your offer clear?
- Is the value obvious?
- Does it solve a pressing problem?
4. Restructure Your Capacity
This is where most leaders fail.
You cannot:
- Build a business
- Serve clients
- Create content
- Lead others
…all at the same level simultaneously without structure.
Capacity requires:
- Elimination
- Delegation
- Prioritization
