Whether you need to solve a pressing problem, think strategically about your business, design a smart marketing plan, or simply bounce ideas off me — the best way for us to work together is either a private Strategy Session or as part of a mastermind group.

The solution is to carve out time to “put on your CEO hat” and think strategically about your business by working with a consultant or coach.

If you have too many thoughts in your head and you need to speak with a trusted advisor to create clarity and direction, here are several ways we can work together:

Private, one-on-one Strategy Sessions

Whether you want consulting, coaching, or a bit of both, Strategy Sessions will be perfect for you. I work with private clients in two ways:

  • via a one-time Strategy Session so we can deep-dive into your situation and quickly design solutions and action plans. This includes reviewing your documents or materials before our session. An effective Individual Strategy Session is 2 hours.
  • via a one-month Strategy Program – we meet weekly for a month to step through your business goals and challenges, giving you time each week to implement your actions from our session. We meet for 60 minutes for 4 meetings, and this includes reviewing documents and materials between meetings.

All Strategy Sessions are virtual (Via Zoom or Google Meet) or by phone.

Mastermind Groups

Mastermind groups are a group of small business owners who meet monthly to share collective wisdom and support each other as they work towards their goals. Whether you want to solve a problem, shorten the learning curve, be held accountable for getting things done, or simply want another set of eyes and ears on your idea, a mastermind group is ideal. These groups are geared toward solopreneurs and micro-business owners with less than 5 employees.

Mastermind groups are held via Zoom or Google Meet.
