Are you walking in God’s wisdom?
First of all, what is wisdom? Wisdom involves exercising prudence in all matters of general interests. There are two kinds of wisdom, worldly and Godly. Worldly wisdom comes from man, worldliness, experience, culture and logic. Godly wisdom is from above and is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and willing to yield. God uses wisdom as a constructive agent.
The phases of construction are:
- Design (Jeremiah 1:5, Ephesians 1:11)
- The Demolition (Ezekiel 36:26, Psalm 51:10)
- Reconstruction (Isaiah 64:8)
- The Final Production (Job 23:10)
Wisdom is life for our souls! Wisdom builds a fortress that preserves the righteous! Wisdom builds a wealth of invaluable knowledge!
- Fear the Lord (Psalm 111:10)
- Study God’s Word (Psalm 119)
- Pray and ask for Wisdom (James 1:5; 2 Chronicles 1:1-17)
- Live to Please God (Ecclesiastes 2:26)
- Govern Your Life by Godly Counsel (Proverbs 19:20; Psalms 1:6)
Be careful on how you’re living (guard yourself, be diligent about your surroundings).
